Its that time of year again – NHS Staff Survey: your feedback can help improve the NHS
The NHS Staff Survey is one of the best ways for you to share your views about your job and the NHS.
I know many of you are suspicious of who gets to know your individual answers (i know i was) however please be advised that the only people who know who posted answers in the survey are the Picker Institute. EMAS will only get to know the final report and not ‘who said what’.
Picker institute conduct the draw for the vouchers and they will only tell EMAS the name of the winner. The actual survey is confidential.
Senior managers in the NHS – both nationally and in your organisation – use results from this survey to improve care for patients and working conditions for staff.
Following the results of the 2015 Staff Survey during 2015/16 we employed around 300 more frontline staff, invested in new vehicles and enhanced the quality of the urgent care we provide, Our Trade unions are working with us in partnership and fully support your engagement through the Staff Opinion Survey and other engagement mechanisms to support our progression, improvement and transformation.
